iOS 8.3 Wifi Fix so you can:

Turn off “Find my iPhone” without wifi or
Turn off “Find my iPod” without wifi or
Turn off “Find my iPad” without wifi

Apparently after the 8.3 update, wifi is broken for many Apple Devices and in order to get the wifi working again, you can either erase the network settings on your Apple Device, which may work for some users and for other users like myself the only solution is to either erase the Apple Device and do a factory restore or connect the device to a working wifi connection in the Public and then pray when you get back home your device will actually connect to the wifi there.

However in order to do a factory reset; Find My iPhone / Device must be turned off and you can not do this without connecting to the internet, which is broken after the 8.3 update for certain devices, like in my case the 5th Generation iPod.

Here is a temporary solution for turning off the Find My iPhone/ipod. Apparently WIFI will work on some devices if you have an Apple router, so if you have an Apple Router just plug it in until Apple pushes another update to make things normal again.

Seems after the 8.3 update there is a bug which creates an experience, where you can not connect to the wifi if using a 3rd party router.

Solution to:
Turn off “Find my iPhone” without wifi or
Turn off “Find my iPod” without wifi or
Turn off “Find my iPad” without wifi

Make sure your Mac/Computer is connected to the internet.
